My Story
Thank you for taking the time to explore my little haven of wellness. I hope you are as passionate about health and wellbeing as I have been for over 2 decades.
My passion for all things health and wellness related began in my early teens while I was learning martial arts. At the end of each class, our teacher would line all the students up behind one another and give the person in front a quick shoulder massage to loosen the muscles as part of the warm down. We learned that I had an intuitive touch for finding muscle tension and our teacher showed me a few techniques to help my classmates. From there I decided that I wanted to learn massage professionally. Around the same time, I was also fortunate enough to visit a schoolfriend who had returned back to Japan. I flew out to Japan and stayed with her family for 2 weeks. Her family treated us to an unforgettable luxurious stay at a 5* Japanese Onsen hot spring resort. I knew from then that I wanted to delve deeper into the world of wellness.
I graduated in 2010 with a bachelor of science degree in International Spa Management from the University of Derby. My career has been an envious one, working with brands such as Hyatt, Rosewood and, most memorably, Six Senses Resorts, Hotels and Spas. From working as a therapist to managing spas and then becoming Corporate Spa Trainer for Six Senses; travelling the world, setting up spas and training teams to offer luxury spa experiences and treatments. Working with so many passionate souls wanting to create a bit of rest and relaxation for guests and clients was a true privilege but as those who travel for work will know, it can be tough living out of a suitcase 90% of the year.
I made the decision to leave my corporate role and focus on my own health and wellbeing and continue on my path of education. Since graduating from university, I have learned at least one therapy per year and my thirst for knowledge knows no bounds. Having so much training allows me to create truly bespoke treatments. I firmly believe that everything in the body is connected and, unfortunately, with the pressures of modern day life, we put our bodies through an incredible amount of stress and expect it to be able to keep up with us and look great at all times. The stress will ultimately show itself, whether it be in the form of pain/tension on the body and/or in the face as fine lines/wrinkles/dull skin/breakouts/etc. My aim in all my treatments is to work with the body in a holistic manner to create the conditions for optimum circulation and cellular regeneration (by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system); this goes for both face and body treatments and in an ideal world both.
Techniques that may be incorporated into treatments include:
Advanced Clinical Massage | Deep Tissue Massage | Trigger Point Therapy | Myofascial Release | Swedish Massage | Hot Stone Massage | Aromatherapy | Reflexology | Facial Reflexology | Gua Sha (Ecology in Motion) | Sound Therapy | Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method) | Lymphatic Brush Drainage Treatment (Cecily Braden) | Zone Face Lift (Ziggie Bergman) | Sculptural Face Lifting | Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching |
To support the skin and body as best I can, all the products and oils I use are certified organic to ensure your skin receives the highest quality topical nutrition, free from synthetic chemicals and pesticides and high in antioxidants, all to help skin fight free radical damage and slow the process of ageing.
I look forward to welcoming you to my cosy wellness clinic and introduce you to some wonderful treatments!

Treatment Modalities
Skin, Body & Balance
Every treatment at Integrity Wellbeing is thoughtfully tailored using a combination of evidence-informed techniques and traditional healing practices. Depending on your individual needs and treatment goals, one or more of the following modalities may be incorporated into your personalised treatment.

Advanced Clinical Massage
An evidence-informed, outcome-focused approach developed to address persistent musculoskeletal pain, injury and movement dysfunction. Drawing upon the principles of the Jing Method™, Advanced Clinical Massage combines a range of specialist soft tissue techniques—including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, advanced stretching and Eastern acupressure—to create a personalised treatment tailored to your individual needs. Designed to support long-term recovery rather than temporary relief, this integrated approach aims to reduce pain, improve mobility and restore comfortable, functional movement.

Deep Tissue Massage
A therapeutic massage technique that gradually works through the superficial muscles before accessing the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release persistent tension, reduce muscular discomfort and improve mobility. Pressure is always adapted to your comfort and individual needs; however, contrary to popular belief, deep tissue massage does not automatically mean strong pressure. Working progressively through the tissues allows the muscles to soften and relax naturally, enabling deeper structures to be treated more effectively and comfortably. Applying excessive pressure too early in a treatment may cause the muscles to guard or spasm, making deep tissue work less effective rather than more.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialised, gentle and rhythmic therapy designed to support the natural function of the lymphatic system, encouraging healthy lymphatic flow and the movement of excess fluid throughout the body.
Developed by Dr Emil Vodder, this internationally recognised technique supports the body in reducing fluid retention, enhancing healthy circulation, encouraging the removal of excess fluid and promoting the body's natural healing processes. It is suitable for those seeking support with general wellbeing, fluid retention, post-exercise recovery and selected pre- and post-operative care, where appropriate.

Tuina TCM Medical Massage
One of the principal therapeutic branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Tuina is a highly skilled form of manual therapy with a history spanning thousands of years. Rather than focusing solely on muscles, it works to restore the smooth flow of Qi (vital energy) and Blood throughout the body's meridian system, supporting natural healing and overall balance. Using rhythmic pressure, acupressure, joint mobilisation and therapeutic soft tissue techniques, each treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may support a wide range of musculoskeletal and wellbeing concerns. Cupping therapy and Gua Sha may also be incorporated where appropriate.
Traditionally performed through loose, comfortable clothing, Tuina offers a deeply therapeutic approach to improving mobility, relieving tension and supporting overall health and wellbeing.

Trigger Point Therapy
A targeted technique that applies sustained pressure to areas of muscular tightness, commonly known as trigger points. This approach may help reduce referred pain, improve muscle function and encourage greater freedom of movement.
Myofascial Release
A gentle yet highly effective technique that works with the body's connective tissue (fascia) to reduce restrictions, improve mobility and restore natural movement patterns throughout the body.
MPS Therapy
A gentle yet highly effective technique that works with the body's connective tissue (fascia) to reduce restrictions, improve mobility and restore natural movement patterns throughout the body.

Gua Sha
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Gua Sha is a therapeutic technique that uses specially designed tools to promote circulation, release muscular tension and support the smooth flow of Qi and Blood. Alongside traditional TCM Gua Sha, I also incorporate the Ecology in Motion approach, which recognises the close relationship between the body and the face. By addressing fascial restrictions, posture and movement patterns throughout the body, this technique helps support natural facial lift, symmetry and overall wellbeing, while promoting healthy circulation to leave the skin looking radiant, refreshed and naturally glowing.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of pure essential oils, carefully extracted from plants to support physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Each essential oil possesses its own unique properties and may be selected to encourage relaxation, uplift the mood, ease muscular tension or promote a greater sense of balance.
Pregnancy and Post-Natal Massage
A specialised massage therapy thoughtfully adapted to support the body throughout pregnancy and during the postnatal period. Gentle, tailored techniques are used to help relieve muscular discomfort, reduce swelling, encourage relaxation and promote overall wellbeing, providing restorative care during a time of significant physical and emotional change.

Hot Stone Massage
Using smooth, heated basalt stones, hot stone massage is a deeply therapeutic technique that may be incorporated into treatments to promote circulation, ease muscular tension and encourage profound relaxation. The warmth of the stones helps to soften the superficial muscles, allowing the body to relax more deeply and enabling therapeutic techniques to be applied more effectively.
Reflexology
A holistic therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond with different organs and systems throughout the body. Gentle pressure is applied to encourage relaxation and support the body's natural healing processes.

Facial Reflexology
A specialised form of reflexology focusing on reflex points across the face. This deeply calming treatment encourages relaxation while supporting circulation, facial muscle tone and overall wellbeing.
Sound Therapy
Therapeutic sound and vibration are used to encourage deep relaxation, calm the nervous system and create a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. Using carefully selected instruments such as singing bowls and tuning forks, sound therapy helps create a deeply restorative environment, supporting the body and mind in releasing stress, encouraging relaxation and enhancing the overall treatment experience.

Lymphatic Brush Drainage
Lymphatic Brush Drainage technique uses a specialised brush developed by Cecily Braden to gently stimulate the superficial lymphatic system. Through light, rhythmic movements, the brush encourages healthy lymphatic flow, helping to reduce puffiness, minimise fluid retention and support the body's natural detoxification processes.
Particularly beneficial for the face, Lymphatic Brush Drainage may help to enhance natural facial contours, encourage a lifted and sculpted appearance, soften the appearance of puffiness and leave the complexion looking brighter, healthier and naturally radiant. It also provides a deeply relaxing sensory experience, making it a beautiful complement to holistic facial treatments.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching
At Integrity Wellbeing, I believe that lasting health and wellbeing are achieved by looking beyond symptoms alone.
Every aspect of the body is interconnected, which is why I take a whole-person approach to care, recognising the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, movement, exercise, work, social wellbeing, skincare and overall health.
Drawing upon the principles of Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching, practical guidance and education may be woven naturally into your treatments where appropriate, empowering you to make realistic, sustainable changes that complement your hands-on care and support long-term results that extend far beyond the treatment room.

Zone Face Lift - Ziggie Bergman
An award-winning facial therapy combining facial reflexology with advanced facial sculpting techniques to support skin vitality, encourage relaxation and naturally enhance the appearance of the face. Quartz Gua Sha tools and acupressure rollers may also be incorporated to promote circulation, encourage lymphatic flow and leave the complexion looking healthy, radiant and refreshed.
Sculptural Face Lifting (Buccal Facial)
A specialised facial sculpting technique incorporating intra-oral (buccal) massage to release tension within the deeper facial muscles, improve circulation, encourage natural facial contouring and leave the complexion looking naturally lifted, radiant and glowing.
